Revamp Wellspring website into a primary digital touchpoint that helps prospective parents and students understand the school’s spirit, Happy School journey, and brand story, ultimately supporting their decision to join the WISer community.

The old website had outdated design and scattered content, making key information difficult to find. The project required a full rebuild of sitemap, UI, content, and development handoff, while managing multiple stakeholders and scope expansions.

• Conducted sitemap planning and timeline scoping in the early phase, with deliverables shared and confirmed with the client before design started.

• Managed the design process across wireframe, UI desktop, and mobile stages, with structured review rounds and client sign-off at each stage.

• Coordinated between the design team and development team to ensure Figma handoff files were complete and up to standard before each dev sprint.

• Oversaw bilingual content editing across all pages, working from the school's materials.

• Tracked implementation, managed UAT feedback, and followed up on revisions until sign-off.

• Wrote the website user manual and delivered 2 onboarding training sessions for the school's admin team after launch.
